Better Stations

Blackfriars and London Bridge have been completely rebuilt to become better, modern, accessible stations, fit for the future and able to handle more trains through central London. Major changes were also made at Farringdon station where, with the opening of the Elizabeth line, a new transport hub will connect the north, south, east and west of London. Platforms were also extended on the Midland Mainline to enable the new, longer, 12-car trains to call.

This learning legacy theme captures the achievements and learning for each major station project.
